Stop in and meet our team!

Ed, the Springer Spaniel,  is one of our long time employees here at Family Memorials. Working long days managing the shops public relations, it's common to catch him napping on the job.  You're sure to be greeted by him, sometimes with a wagging tail, other times with a lick or two.  He is a great company mascot, who you'll love to come back and visit with.

In the front office we have Rhonda our Accounts/Office Manager, she is the welcoming voice you will hear when you place a call to Family Memorials.  She will be happy to help you with your bill, or directing you to the right department to answer your questions.  Also, in our front office she is joined by her brother and one of the owners of Family Memorials, Randy Walker.  Randy manages the day to day activites in the plant from etching, shipping, customer service, quoting, and sometimes even motorcycle questions and repairs. Last but not least in the front office, Buddy works closely with Rhonda and Randy on customer service, quoting and pricing out orders sent in by our customers.  He's known for his beautiful drafting handwriting and keeping all of us updated on the political front.

In the graphic arts office our Graphic Artist Liz continues with the orders creating custom designs for our customers needs.  From her office designs are on to the final steps of their journey here at Family Memorials.  After a detailed approval process of each order in the Graphics department, Matt, our Etcher, scrutinizes each order and makes the final touches on the designs and begins the etching process. From etching, to painting, boxing, and shipping, Matt sends the final product on its way with the Family Memorial stamp of approval.

Our shop has a smooth flow, each team member there to help one another, all with the goal of a quality piece of art and a satisfied customer.
